Private Party Information
Herbsaint Bar & Restaurant, located on historic St. Charles Avenue,
is available for private parties Monday through Saturday. Chef Donald
Link offers his simple, yet exquisite, cuisine in the comfortable
surroundings of the Private Dining Room at Herbsaint.
Our Private Dining menus reflect the passionate style of cooking that
has consistently made Herbsaint one of the top five restaurants in
New Orleans. Chef Link offers long-time favorites such as Shrimp &
Green Chile Grit Cakes with Tasso Cream Sauce and Confit Duck
with Dirty Rice and Citrus Gastrique. Menus can also be customized
to suit your group's tastes and budget.
The Private Dining Room at Herbsaint can accommodate up to 50
guests for a seated meal. Lunch and Dinner menus are available with
prices ranging from $28 to $52 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
Menus include three or four courses, and wine and cocktails are
available with any meal. For receptions and cocktail parties, the warm
& inviting Private Dining Room will comfortably accommodate 75-80
guests. Pricing is based on beverage selection, food choices, and the

Reception/Cocktail Party
Herbsaint offers a warm & inviting atmosphere for receptions and other informal
get-togethers. Hosts select an assortment of appetizers and a beverage option
for their guests. Prices for food items are per 50 pieces. Herbsaint suggests a
'minimum Of 6-8 pieces per person for a two hour reception. '

Open Bar is the most popular package with top shelf 1iquors and
beers and an entry level wine selection. All pricing is based on a two

Pricing
All prices are plus tax (9.750/0) and gratuity (20010) and are subject to
change until a signed contract is received.
Guaranteed Number of Guests
Herbsaint requests a final count be given no later than 72 hours
before your event If no final count i_s given, Herbsai_nt will use the
expected number of guests as the guarantee.
Start & Completion Times
Herbsaint will change the start time of an event with 48 hours notice,
if possible. If it is not possible to move the start time, the event will
end at its contracted time regardless of the actual start time .
. Proposals/Contacts
All events must be confirmed via a written proposal or contract. A
manager will fax or email a contract to you within 48 hours of making
arrangements. A signed contract must be returned to hold the space
and/or date.
Menus
Herbsaint will print menus for your event. If a luncheon must be
served quickly, it is recommended that guest pre-order their entrees.
Deposit/Payment
A 250/0 deposit is required to confirm any function in the form of
check, cash, or credit card. The balance of the contract is due at the
end of the event by cash or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be refunded based on the following schedule:
Less than 48 hours notice - no refund
Less than 15 days notice - 50%) refunded
15 days or more notice - 100% refunded
