CAFE RECONCILE is a nonprofit restaurant in Central City serving
up some of New Orleans' best soul food at some of the city's lowest
prices. Our mission is to equip youth from at-risk communities with
the life skills and job training necessary to enact positive changes
in their lives. To date Reconcile has successfully graduated nearly 500
young men and women between the ages of 16-22, placing them in jobs
within New Orleans' second largest non-governmental workforce: the
entertainment and hospitality industry.
