BROUSSARD'S RESTAURANT
NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA
~~~~ Beginning with the group of buildings and additions
that made up the old Broussard's Restaurant, Koch and
Wilson Architects completely redesigned the complex
in 1975. Existing dining rooms were remodeled , a new
kitchen was built , a bar and another dining room were
added facing the large courtyard , and some limited improvements
were made to the facade. Service and storage rooms, as well as the
employee facilities , were moved to areas of the second floor.
The renovation of this 10,600 square foot restaurant maximized
the use of available space and improved the character of the entire
establishment ..
