Saturday April 26th OWhile enjoying the festival, be sure to pass by the Grandstand at 1 pm to watch Susan prepare Cravfish Curry w!Cardamom
Rice and Chutne . At 2pm Susan heads over to the book tent to sign copies of Crescent City Cooking.
Sunday May 4th_
1 pm- Bayona Pastry Chef Christy Phebus will be at the Grandstand preparing Mango Em anadas with Dulce De Leche.
2pm-Susan returns to the fairgrounds to sign at the book tent.
