If you have a bad headache in the front of your head it may be because you're allergic.
The cause of the headache is probably the same that causes hay fever or other nasal allergy.
Dr. Henry D. Ogden, clinical assistant professor of medicine at the LSU medical school, said today that in 252 patients with nasal allergy of all types, 58 per cent had frontal (forehead) headaches...To prove his point more conclusively, as well as to find out more about other kinds of headaches, Dr. Ogden shortly will begin a statistical survey of the headache problem,
"Our purpose is to learn more about the other forms of headaches, such as migraine, which also is often allergic in nature," he said.
Thousands of questionnaires will be distributed to selected employe groups.
