Health specialists representing Young Men's Christian Association chapters in 30 states will begin their 18th national clinic in New Orleans Sunday.
The Health Service Directors' Society is holding the six-day meeting at the Lee Circle YMCA.
Four physicians from the medical schools of Tulane and Louisiana State Universities will deliver lectures during the week.
Dr. Donald Wahlen will speak on "Oh, My Aching Back! " Monday. In following sessions, Dr. Leslie Mundt's topic will be "Diseases of the Skin"; Dr.. Roger Baker will discuss "How to Avoid Heart Attack and Lose Weight"; Dr. Edward T. Has-lam will talk about "The Role of Physical Reconditioning in Orthopedic Rehabilitation."
A "fellowship banquet" will be held at Tulane's University Center Thursday evening at 7.
Armour Bull, president of the society, and Dr. Harold Frier-mood, advisor to the group and secretary for health and physical education of the National YMCA Council, will be presented keys to the city by New Orleans City Council President James E.
