Twelve Louisiana doctors have returned after a 10-day visit to several Latin American countries with plans for at least six projects to give New Orleans more prominence as a gateway to the south.

the contingent of doctors, praised the ''cultural and good-

Dr. Frye said the doctors were met by leaders in the medical profession, ministers of health and heads of state and were welcomed into the offices of presidents of Costa Rica, Honduras and Nicaragua. Discuss Interests
