Excerpted text	Dr. John F. Oakley was installed last night as president of the Orleans Parish Medical Society, succeeding Dr. J. Theo Brierre. Other officers who took their oaths during the 85th installation of the society at the Roosevelt hotel are Dr. John J. Archi-nard, president-elect; Dr. John L. Kron^ first vice-president; Dr. Louis A. Monte, second vice-presiDENT Dr. W. Charles Miller, third vice-president; Dr. C. F. Bellone, secretary; Dr. Spencer B. McNair, treasurer; and Dr. J. Morgan Lyons, librarian. Board members taking office were Drs. Howard H. Karr, C. Walter Mattingly, Seymour F. Ochsner, Rawley M. Penick Jr., William C. Rivenbark and Gilbert C. Tomskey. Delegates installed to serve for 1961-1963 were Dr. John J.i Archinard; Dr. Walter H. Brent j Jr., Dr. James C. Burns, Dr. Richard A. Faust, Dr. Adolph A. Fibres*Jr., Dr. Patrick H.
