Local Quotarians will hear about the "History and Culture of Spain As Seen in Some of Her Cities" Tuesday.
Their guest speaker will be Miss Isabel Snyder, associate professor of Spanish at Loyola university here. She will speak at the club's session at the Monteleone hotel at 7 p. m., Mrs, Dorothy M. Tal-bot, publicity chairman, reports.
