Several hundred professional health personnel in the New Orleans area are expected to attend an assembly May 25-26 on "Count-down on Positive Health" at the Louisiana State university medical school auditorium here.
The conference is sponsored by the Tuberculosis Association of Greater New Orleans and its nurses' committee in co-opera^ tion with the LSU medical school.
Topics of the conference are to be specialized areas of research, utilization of research and diagnostic techniques and the responsibilities of agencies concerned with positive health and the prevention of illness. -
The conference is aimed specifically ' at graduate nurses, medical students, student nurses, welfare department case workers, public health and practical nurses.
