The Louisiana State University Alumni Federation today elected Richard Cadwallader, Baton Rouge attorney, as president, succeeding Tom W. Dutton, who headed the alumni for the past four years and who recently was appointed a member of the university board of supervisors....Two individual groups, of Louisiana State university alumni electing officers today were those of the college of agriculture, who named Dr. R. L. Davenport, director of the university school of vocational education, head, and the school of medicine, who elected Dr. Karl Dickens of the L. S. U. medical center faculty, New Orleans, president.
