Seven graduates of Louisiana: : State university and Tulane university medical schools will serve as Medical Corps officers in the U. S. Army. LSU medical school graduates chosen for commissioning as first lieutenants were Jerry P. Casey, Gary G. Daniel, John P. Epling, Delmas G. Hutchinson, and Daniel T. Sanders.Tulane medical school graduates selected were Charles M. Boyd and Henry K. Watanabe.Lieutenants Boyd, Casey, and Daniel will be assigned to Walter Reed General hospital, Washington, D. C. Lieutenants Epling and Hutchinson will train at Brooke General hospital, San Antonio, Tex. Lt. Sanders will enter William Beaumont General hospital in El Paso, Tex., and Lt. Watanabe will be assigned to Womanc Army hospital at Ft. Bragg, N. C.
