Panelists taking part in the Latin American discussion included Dr. William J. Griffith, chairman of the Latin American studies program for the history department of Tulane - university; Dr. Donald Robertson, specialist in the history of art of the Newcomb college art department; Dr. Kalman H. SI1-vert, professor of political science at Tulane university; and Dr. C. H. Fisher, director of the Southern utilization research and development of the department of agriculture; Mrs. Moise Cahn, executive committee member for UNESCO from the United States for four years, was moderate* for the panel.
