The Veterans Administration | hospital will hold its annual rec-| ognition program honoring yol-unteer hospital workers at 1:30 p. m. Monday, March 14, in the hospital assembly room. I- Dr. Thomas L. Harvey, man-| ager of the hospital, will present the 132 volunteers with certificate and pin awards. Three volunteers, who h aye accumulated more than 5000 hours of service, are Mmes. Margaret Petry, Florence Haydel and Esther Wilken.
Guest spelker will be Robin-* [son E. Adkins, executive officer' of the department of medicine and surgery, V. A. central office, I Adkins, who has been in govern-iment service for 40 years, has been principal administrative advisor to the chief medical director since 1946. j
Also taking part in the program will be L. C. Johnson, chief, special service; Dr. Lyman K. Richardson, director of professional services; chaplains J. C.| Pickett and H. P. Gavigan, andl Misses Florence Alley and Bes-| sie Everett.
