A Louisiana State university medical student and his pretty honeymooning today after hav-mented by a regular marriage last night.
The student, William Harman, and his bride, Miss Carmen Ariza, 22, were married last night by the Rev. Alvin O'Reilly at Harmon's new apartment, 2023*6 Jena, after the proxy Ibride arrived by plane fromfBarranquilla Colombia.
In the first ceremony Monday the bride stood in a Bar-ranquilla church while Harmon was at St. Joseph's Catholic church in New Orleans. The bride's father represented Harmon. The marriage had to be a proxy ceremony because Harmon could not get away from his classes at LSU here and the bride wanted a ceremony in her home church.

Harmon met his wife at Moi-sant International Airport on her arrival last night and then swiftly carried her off to his apartment for the marriage ceremony.
A wedding party followed. The guests included Harmon's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd D. Harmon of Maringouin, La.; Harmon's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Morrell, Baton Rouge, and the bride's cousin, Victor Ferrans Jr. Ferrans introduced the couple last Christmas while he and Harmon were in Barranquilla.
