Three staff members of the LSU school of medicine here leave soon for Nairobi, Africa, to seek 300 baboons for firsthand research into hardening of arteries in the animals.
The trio selected baboons for their experiments because the baboon and his reaction to this disease so common in humans most closely parallels man's reaction.
