Albert Wachenheim Jr. has been re-elected president of Touro Infirmary.
Also announced on Saturday was the appointment of Dr. LawrencelL._Strug as chief of surgery and cHIf of staff.
Elected to serve with Wachenheim by the hospital's board of managers at an annual meeting were:
Walter M. Barnett, first vice-president; Mose Beer, second vice-president; Leonard B.
Levy, secretary; Sam Israel Jr., treasurer.
Appointed r to the boaid of managers were Arthur Davis, Jimmy Heymann, Morris Newman, Sam Pulitzer, S. Walter Stern Jr., Shepard Shushan, Harris Hyman, Roy Schwarz and Morris Wright.
Honorary members appointed to the board after long serv-( ice to the hospital were Harold] S. Weil, Joseph Haspel Sr., Leo] L. Hirsch and Monty M. Le-mann.
In addition to the appointment of Or. Strug, the medical advisory committee and Dr. John C. Mackenzie, Touro Infirmary director, announced the following appointments for the various professional departments:
