Louisiana's first muscular dystrophy clinic opened Wednesday in the Crippled Children's hospital.

The Crippled Children's hospi tal is sharing its facilities witt the clinic.
The diagnostic clinic will be open on the first and third Wednesday of each month upon re ferral by private physicians and institutions. Both white and Negro patients 21 years of age and under will be accepted for diagnosis. ...Two doctors and one nurse have been employed for the clinic, Mrs. Toups said. They are Dr Gernon Brown, an orthopedic surgeon Dr Lloyd McLoughlin Jr., a pediatrician, and Miss Mildred Rietdyk, R. N., who is director of patient service of the MDAA.
