Excerpted text	Dr. Dwight'H. Murray, president of the American Medical Assn., will address the opening session of the Louisiana State Medical Society's 77th annual meeting here May 6. About 700 doctors from all parts of the state will attend the meeting, a highlight of which will be the presentation of special citations to members to be admitted to the 50-Year Doctor Club.
