Ferd Block, Thibodaux, was elected to succeed Harry Mc-Enerny as president of the Louisiana Division of the American Cancer Society at International House.

treasurer, and G. T. Owen, Jr., Baton Rouse, secretary.
Ed Reid, Andalusia, Ala., attorney, told the meeting of his winning battle against cancer, of which he was cured 14 years ago. Thirteen researchers throughout the state received certificates of award for cancer study.
