What is being done in New Orleans about heart disease?
Friday at 8 p. m. five New Orleans doctors will discuss this problem in a public session.
The meeting, sponsored by the Louisiana Heart Association, will be held at the Tulane university school of medicine, 1430 Tulane, free of charge.
Heart specialists include Dr. Sam A. Threefoot, assistant professor, department of medicine, Tulane, who will outline the various types of heart ailments; Dr. Richard L. Fowler, head of the department of pediatrics, LSU, who will discuss diagnosis of heart disease; Drs. Dennis Rosenberg and Paul T. DeCamp, both with the Tulane department of surgery, who will give the present status of heart surgery
