Two separate charges of criminal neglect have been filed against the parents of two young New Orleans boys who died, apparently of poison picked up while foraging in garbage cans for food.

Two of the Baughmans seven children, William, 6, and Lawrence, 7, died in Charity hospital Thursday. Dr. Stanley Durlacher, pathologist for the Orleans parish coroner's office, said there was every indication they were poisoned.
