Meeting Will Open This Morning at Medical Center --
The fifth conference of Southern pathologists, under auspices of the departments of pathology of Louisiana State university school of medicine and Charity hospital, is scheduled to open today at 10 a. m. in the L. S. U. Medical Center library.
Scheduled to speak on today's program are Dr. Harvey S. Thatcher, University of Arkansas; Dr. Eugene R. Whitmore, Georgetown university, and Dr. Albert E. Casey, St. Louis university. Dr. Wiley D. Forbus, Duke university, will lead a round-table discussion on departmental cooperation.
Dr. Rigney D'Aunoy, dean of the L. S. U. Medical Center, will act as chairman of the conference, which will be attended by professors of pathology in Southern medical schools and by hospital pathologists.
