A congress of delegates at 2 p. m. today was to open the sixth annual post-graduate scientific assembly of the Louisiana Academy of General Practice.
About 300 Louisiana "family doctors" were here for the three-day session at the Roosevelt Hotel.
The entire group will convene at a dinner at 7:30 p. m., said Dr. M. C. Wiginton, Hammond, president of the LAGP, and Dr. Joel B. Gray/New Orleans convention chairman.
Thursday and Friday the pro-
grams will consist principally of round table discussions on medical and scientific subjects.
