The department of nursing education of Louisiana State university announces that registration for the summer session will be held Mon-day, June 9.
The session will begin Tuesday June 10, and close Saturday, Aug. 9.
Admission requirements are graduation from an accredited high school and from an accredited school of nursing. Mature students who do not meet the requirements fully may be admitted to certain classes as special students.
Graduate nurses who are not working toward a degree and ad vanced student nurses may register for courses.
Courses offered by the de-
partment during the summer are part of the graduate nurse program leading to the degree of bachelor of science in nursing education. Majors are clinical supervision and teaching, teaching of nursing arts, teach-ing of social sciences, and administration in schools of nursing and nursing service.
