Eight firms are expected to enter bids Monday at 11 a. m. on fhe $2,500,000 annex and remodelling project for the Louisiana State university school of medicine. Dr. William W. Frye, dean, said construction of the new building, which will add 100,000 square feet to the building, is scheduled for late May or June.
Architects for the project are Perez and Associates, Andrey and ifeitel, of New Orleans, and Smith and Padgett, Monroe.
The annex will include a basement cafeteria, an exhibit and meeting room an auditorium Quipped with television facilities to seat some 650 persons and a library.
