The motion for permanent injunction against the LSU School of Medicine, which was argued before federal Judge J. Skelly Wright, on last Tuesday, was taken under advisement with the defendants being given ten days to file any affidavits they desired to submit in opposition to the motion filed by the plaintiff, Daryle E. Foister, according to her Attorney, A. P. Tureaud. f
On October 8, 1951, Miss Foister filed her complaint alleging discrimination against her by the LSU School of Medicine in objecting to her registering as a student.
On October 8, 1951, Judge Herbert W. Christenberry ordered Miss Foister admitted.
