Senior Gynecologist At Two Hospitals; Named Associate At Medical Center -- Dr. Lucien A. LeDoux, senior gynecologist and chief of service at Charity hospital and senior in gynecology at Hotel Dieu, has been appointed associate professor of gynecology at Louisiana State university graduate school of medicine in New Orleans, it was announced Saturday by Dr. James M. Smith, president of the university, and Dr. James T. Nix, dean of the graduate school of medicine.
Dr. LeDoux is a native of New Orleans, received his early education at Jesuit college, completed his pre-medical studies at Loyola and was graduated in medicine at Tulane university. He externed at Touro infirmary and interned at Charity hospital. Then during the World war he served with the 18th division.
