Cited by the association were Dr. Manuel Garcia, Dr. Ambrose H. Storck, Dr. Val H. Fuchs and Dr. Rawley M. Penick Jr. Dr. William W. Frye, dean of the Louisiana State university medical school, who made the presentations, said the four were being honored for outstanding work in cancer research.
