An earlier application date for admission to the Louisiana State University medical school has been announced by the registrar, Mrs. Vivian Johnston.
Students who wish to enter in 1952 can get application forms about July 1, the announcement said. To receive forms they should write to the Registrar, L. S. U. School of Medicine, 1542 Tulane Avenue, New Orleans, before July 1.
Dr. William W. Frye, medical school dean, has advised applicants to take the selective service college aptitude tests even if already accepted for the 1951 fall session. No rulings have been received by draft boards on the status of medical school future enrollees. Those already taking classes are automatically deferred.
