Dr. Loyd W. Rowland, director of the Louisiana Society for Mental Health, will speak at 8 p. m. today at Kingsley House, 1600 Constanee, and will appear on a panel tomorrow at 8 p. m. at a meeting of the Lakeview Co-operative club.
Dr. Rowlands address today will be delivered at the third of a series of public health meetings co-sponsored by Kingsley House and the Tuberculosis Association of New Orleans.
Tomorrow Dr. Rowland will join in a panel discussion on "Present Day Emotional Problems Which Affect Children."
Other panelists will be Dr. Ian Steverson, professor of psychiatry at Louisiana State university medical school, Miss Hazel Long, local psychologist, and Charles Mac-' Murdo, principal.
