Dr. Henry O. Colomb was installed as president of the De Pau: Sanitarium medical staff at the first staff meeting of the yeai Monday night. He succeeds Dr Theodore L. L. Soniat.
Also installed were Dr, Louis J. Dubos, vice-president, and Dr. Benjamin P, Parker, secretary-treasurer.
Achievements at De Paul during the past year were recounted in various committee reports. Most important among developments, the physicians were told,
was the completion of Rosary clinic, De Paul's new $1,240,163.52 five-story 100-bed annex. It was dedicated last Dec. 14.
Among other improvements re viewed was a stepped-up nurse training program. A total of 27 students successfully complete the nursing course, in 1950. The course is approved by the Ameri-can Psychiatric Association and the state boards of nurse exam iners of Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, and Texas, the report said.
