| Facilitator Log | 1:10 They took care of their mother, who had Alzheimer's, for 12 years. She died a month before Hurricane Katrina. 7:50 She wanted to return to Bolivia. The hardest time was the beginning. She had a hard time relocating. There was no other solution. 13:50 One day she woke up and her daughters were not in the house. She jumped out a window and took a bus to her attorney's house. She also found sneaky ways to get around taking her medication. 23:00 She died in bed in their arms. It took her 13 days to die. 26:45 Caring for someone with Alzheimer's is the hardest in the beginning, when they are aware that they're losing reality.
