| Facilitator Log | 2:30 Calvin remembers the conversation he had with his father when he told him that he and his girlfriend were pregnant (and not married). Eighteen years later, Calvin's own son has the same conversation with him. 13:29 Calvin says that a lot about him, he got from his dad, but that he also got a lot in reaction to him. 20:06 Calvin talks about 'Daddy Points' he often tells his adult children that he collected. He realizes there's only so much influence a father can have on a child. 25:05 The most exciting thing about being a parent is that you get so much feedback about what kind of life you are living. 33:28 In talking about the difference between parenting today and yesterday, Calvin wishes he had paid more attention to what his father did. 39:00 What his kids, Braken and Graham, have taught him is that life is set up the way it is to be enjoyed. |
