Otherwise you will become its prisoner.' 18:00 Poppa bult a raft and embarked on a journey that took him from New York, to Maine, to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Ireland, France. 25:34 Poppa talks about his daughter Jesse, and her accomplishments as a writer, traveler, and journalism. 34:00 At age fifteen, Ingrid started dancing the Can Can and performed in a show called the Moulin Rouge in order to pay for her braces.
