Abstract/Introduction	Much research has been done on the topics of Equity Sensitivity and Organizational Citizenship. The bulk of this research has been from a U.S. perspective, however, and is suspected of U.S. culture bias (Hofstede, 1993, 1984, 1980). There is also an abundance of research on cultures and Cultural Differences. This paper attempts to integrate these three streams of research, establishing linkages among them. In order to accomplish this, the theories underlying each topic are first discussed. A relationship is then proposed, followed by a hypothesis that is tested to examine the validity of the assumptions being made. This study is based on the comparison of Chinese and U.S. samples.
