28 Med Students
Given Internships
Confederate Memorial
Center Director Dr. Rod M.
Yeager has announced 28
senior medical students have
been approved for CMMC
internships and that, the
hospital has accepted a bid of
$38,000 for a clinic research
unit.
Yeager said the new unit
will be for CMMC's
Department of Medicine.
Cherokee Construction Co.
was awarded the contract.
Construction should be
completed by early fall.
THE NEW INTERNS will
report to Confederate July 1
and serve for one year.
Rotating interns are David
