At Dietitians Meeting

Dr. Bettina D. Hilman, associ-ate
p r o fe s s o r of pediatrics,
microbiology and immunology
at the Louisiana State Universi-ty
School of Medicine in Shreve-port,
will speak at a meeting of
the American Dietetics Associa-tion
scheduled Oct. 9-13 in New
Orleans.
Dr. Hilman will speak on
"Nutrition i n Cystic Fibrosis:
Rose M. Bush Smith, graduate
student at Louisiana Tech, will
discuss content and stability of
ascorbic acid in frozen fruit
juices.
Thirteen area dietitians Will
be among 8,000 dietitians ex-pected
at the meeting.
