TODAY'S NEWS TODAY—WITH TODAY'S PICTURES TH
SHOW MODELS — Theme of the fashion show presented by the
Shreveport Student Medical Wives Club was "Spring Fashion Review."
Invitations for the March 9 event were also issued to the Shreveport
Medical School Faculty Wives Club. Two of the show's models were Mrs.
F. T. Kurzweg, left, wearing the layered look of rayon and cotton navy
jumper over a separate blouse; and Mrs. M. W. Callaway, center, who
sports the feminine look of voile blouse, bib and flared skirt. Mrs. S. F.
Washburne, right, whose ankle-length skirt allows an occasional peek at
hot pants, was the show's narrator. Fashions featured were from Raye's
and Don's Deb Shop. Other models were Mrs. J. V. Richardson, Mrs. K. S.
Sehon, Mrs. J. L. Janies, Mrs. W. D. Grafton, Mrs. W. R. Giddens and Mrs.
A. T. Fort. Hostesses were Mrs. J. S. Campbell, Mrs. D. D. Venable, Mrs.
D. J. Moller, Mrs. D. A. Hiller and Mary Louise Eschete. (Menasco Photo)
