Dr. Redmond to be
2nd Pfizer lecturer
Dr. Geoffrey P. Redmond of the University of
Vermont School of Medicine will give the second
annual Pfizer Lecture at 11:30 a.m. today at LSU
Medical Center.
Redmond, an assistant professor of pharma-cology
and pediatrics, also will lecture to
sophomore students on the effects of disease and
age on drug disposition. His research interests lie
in drug metabolism and endrocrinology.
Dr. John T. Wilson, chief of LSU's clinical
pharmacology section, said the visitor also will
participate in rounds and conferences.
