Local Educator Named to Panel
Dr. Emil Kotcher, head of
microbiology at Louisiana State
University Medical School at
Shreveport, has been named to
a national committee appointed
by the National Association of
State Universities and Land
Grant Colleges.
The association was asked to
set up the committee to advise
the U.S. State Department on
the position it should take at a
United Nations Conference on
Human Environment which will
be held at Stockholm in June,
1972.
Dr. Kotcher is head of the
section on environmental health
and has been asked to prepare a
position paper pertaining to
environmental health.
