Elects Chairman
Mayo Drake, head librarian at
the Louisiana State University:
Medical School at Shreveport,
has been elected chairman of the
Medical School Group of the
Medical Library Association.
He was named at the recent
national convention which was
tield in Louisville, Ky.
The Medical School Group is
the largest division of the
association.
Among his duties will be
presentation of a paper. "Prob-lems
of Emerging Medical Li-braries,"
at the next national
convention which will be held in
New Orleans in May.
Drake will also be in charge of
the annual meeting of the
Medical Library Group.
