Louisiana State University's
freshman medical school en-rollment
has increased from
32 to 40 according to Dr.
Edgar Hull, dean of the
school.
The total student body
enrollment is expected to
reach 106 with the addition of
the freshman.
Another laboratory will be
needed for the additional med-ical
students, according to
Dr. Hull. He said was hopeful
of getting federal assistance,
"but if we don't get the funds,
we'll have the lab anyway,"
he said.
