S. - In Spanish. 2 pages; 2 sheets of writing Juan Bautista Senet presentará á Vm. un Vale, ú obligación por el qe. debe á Carlos José Vincente seis cientos cinquenta, y quatro ps. de plazo cumplido, que no ha pagado a pesar de los varios requerimientos, que el acreedor le ha hecho por lo que le hará Vm. comparecer, y despues de reconocida la firma; y confesada la deuda, le obligará Vm. al pago por todo rigor de derecho avisandome las resultas para mi gobierno. Juan Bautista Senet will present to Your Grace a promissory note, or an obligation [according to which] he owes Carlos Jose Vincente six hundred and fifty four pesetas, stipulated time having expired, which he has not paid in spite of the several requirements which the creditor has issued to him [and by virtue of which] Your Grace will have him appear before a judge, and after having the signature recognized and the debt confessed, Your Grace will obligate him to pay through force of law, informing me of the results for my government.
