The murder trial of Frank N. Chisesi Jr. in St. Bernard Parish recessed Saturday until 10 a. m. Monday after nearly eight hours of testimony. During that time: —Judge J. Bernard Cocke admitted into evidence oral and written statements made by Chisesi to agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation after they arrested him in Newark, N. J,; Dec. 10, 1959. —The state rested its case after calling to the witness stand the two FBI agents who arrested Chisesi and two former members of the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office. —The defense opened its case with five witnesses, including the mother of the defendant. Chisesi, 19, is accused of the Dec. 8, 1959, shotgun-knife slaying of his schoolmate Rhett Blanke on the Mississippi River batture near Violet. He was 15 at the time.
